Celinés Toribio, la más votada para "Los 50 más Bellos" de People
Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.- La dominicana Celinés Toribio, encabeza las votaciones entre los latinos nominados para la edición especial que la revista People en Español, lanza en el mes de mayo con "Los 50 más Bellos".
Santo Domingo, República Dominicana.- La dominicana Celinés Toribio, encabeza las votaciones entre los latinos nominados para la edición especial que la revista People en Español, lanza en el mes de mayo con "Los 50 más Bellos".
Toribio, al momento de redactarse esta nota, contaba con el 43% de los votos registrados, mientras que su más cercano competidor, Alex González, baterista del grupo Maná, tenía 16%.
La dominicana, radicada en Los Angeles, donde se prepara con clases de actuación con miras a lograr un espacio en el cine hollywoodense, como lo tiene en los medios de New York, compite con figuras tan renombradas como Raúl de Molina del "Gordo y la Flaca" o Ana María Canseco, del programa "Despierta América".
La comunicadora es la única quisqueyana en esta lista y puede ser incluida entre las 50 figuras más bellas del 2008 en latinoamérica, si los dominicanos la apoyamos con nuestro voto.
Desde los Angeles, dijo que al enterarse de su nominación, la consideró un reconocimiento dado que los rostros con los que compite son de los más representativos de la industria del entretenimiento en latinoamérica.
Aunque ya hemos tenido a varios dominicanos en la lista de "Los 50 más bellos", nunca antes una presentadora dominicana del área tri estatal de NY había sido incluida.
Entre los dominicanos que anteriormente fueron incluidos entre los 50 rostros más bellos de latinoamerica, figuran: Zoe Saldaña, el pelotero José Reyes, los actores Michell Rodriguez y Manny Pérez, al igual que Charityn y su hijo Shalym Ortiz. Cabe decir que es la primera vez que la selección de "Los 50 más bellos" se hará por medio de una votación vía el web site en español de la revista y esto sucede a propósito del lanzamiento del portal.
