La XVI Feria Internacional del Libro 2013 acogió esta iniciativa, actualmente el Furgón de “Crea Recrea”, parqueado en la Plaza de la Cultura hasta finalizar la Feria.
Varios jóvenes de diferentes provincias han tenido la oportunidad de grabar su primer tema gratis producido por Ariam “The Boss”, MP Studio, Griselito o “Light GM” quienes han trabajado con artistas nacionales e internacionales.
